Ask for the mill certificate of the pipe you are being offered before you pay a deposit. We send it with the heat number, so your own engineer can verify the chemistry and the mechanical results.
Video-call the works while your pipe is being made, or send SGS, BV, Intertek, TÜV or your own inspector before loading. We arrange the visit and hold the release until the inspection is signed.
The person who quotes your order follows it to the loading photographs. In English, French, Arabic or Portuguese — whichever your project works in.
