Buying pipe across borders means trusting someone you have not met. Here is what we will do, in writing, before any money moves — and none of it is unusual to ask for.
Payment terms are set out in writing on the order confirmation before you commit — a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
Before a deposit, ask for a copy of an EN 10204 3.1 certificate for pipe in the same grade and size as your enquiry. Heat number, chemistry and mechanical results will be visible, and your own engineer can check them against the standard.
We will arrange a live video call while your pipe is being produced, cut, coated or bundled — at a time that suits your office, not ours. You look at the actual bundle, not a catalogue photograph.
SGS, BV, Intertek, TÜV or an inspector you nominate can attend the mill and the coating plant before loading. We arrange the visit, prepare the test pieces and hold the release until the inspection is signed off.
You do not have to open with a project tonnage. Take one container or 25 tonnes, inspect it on arrival, and place the bulk order against the same specification once you are satisfied.
Marking, certificate and packing list must all agree. If the heat number on the pipe does not match the certificate, you have the right to reject the consignment — and we accept that in writing on the order confirmation.

Tell us the destination port and we quote FOB Tianjin, CFR, CIF or DAP, with the packing and the document set the market expects.
